Patricia "Trish" Matthews

Patricia “Trish” Matthews, 62, of North Little Rock passed away October 4, 2021. She was born October 16, 1958 in Lewisville, AR to Justin and Betty Wallace. She grew-up a farmer’s daughter in Gillett, Arkansas.  She graduated from Gillett High where she was crowned Miss Gillett.

She is survived by her husband, Doyan Matthews; daughters, Skylar (Josh) McClain, Emily (Anthony) Johnson and Sarah (Jeff) Ford; son, Corey (Heather) Martone; mother, Betty Wallace; sisters, Brenda (Mike) Keen, Sara Sloate and Joy Wells; brother, Justin (Judy) Wallace; grandchildren, Harper and Gunner McClain, Preston, Allie and Alivia Martone, Jules, Jennings and Jet Johnson, Leighton, Hadley and Baylor Ford; host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Justin Wallace; and late husband, Paul Martone.

Trish was a retired Ortho Assistant from Phelan Orthodontics for 31 years. Trish enjoyed cooking, antiquing, four-wheeling, and traveling, but her passion in life was her children and grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Corey Martone, Josh McClain, Ryan Wells, Jackson Pruss, Ryan Wallace and Chris Robinson. Honorary pallbearers will be Gunner McClain, Preston Martone, Leighton Ford and Baylor Ford.

Memorials may be made to Graves Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at Noon, Friday October 8, 2021 at Graves Memorial Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Edgewood Memorial Park.
