Ellen "Flo" Taylor

Ellen “Flo” Taylor, 72, of England, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021. She was born August 31, 1949 in Prairie County, Arkansas to Hobart and Ruby Sebourn.  She worked for the state of Arkansas for 33 years, loved growing flowers and vegetables and enjoyed fishing. She is survived by sons, Bryan and Brad Taylor; two grandchildren, Lauren and Tori Taylor; sister, Pam Sebourn of Conway; and two brothers, Donald Sebourn, of Searcy and Marvin Sebourn of Bella Vista.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bobby Joe Taylor; son, Mason Taylor and two brothers, Ronald and Dwayne Sebourn. A visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 7, 2021, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m., at Augusta Memorial Park.
