Ellen “Flo” Taylor, 72, of England, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021. She was born August 31, 1949 in Prairie County, Arkansas to Hobart and Ruby Sebourn.  She worked for the state of Arkansas for 33 years, loved growing flowers and vegetables and enjoyed fishing.
