Zona Shearer
Zona Shearer, 85, of Little Rock went to be with her Lord and
Savior on October 23rd. She was surrounded by her daughters Ellen
Brown, Suzy Velez, Laura Davis, Julie Niehaus and her son-in-law Frank Brown all of East End. She leaves behind her son James Harris of Mayflower, her sisters Norma Pahl and Carol Rosson, her brother, Eric Minugh of North Carolina and 19 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Billy Harris of East End, her mother Madge Minugh and her father William Shearer. She will be greatly missed by her extended family at Cornerstone Fellowship in East End. She was a wonderful mother and the sweetest grandmother. She left a lasting imprint of a true God-loving woman on all those who knew and admired her. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 28, 2016 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial in Olive Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 27th at the funeral home.
