Woodrow Nix, 69, of Beebe, Arkansas passed away Sunday, November 26, 2017. He was born May 9, 1948 in Mt. Vernon, Arkansas. He was an entrepreneur who immensely enjoyed his work. His company, W.N. Painting Company, included all aspects of construction and interior and exterior painting.

He is survived by his wife, Billie Jean Jones; children, Alice Nix Lumpkin, Vera Nix White (Jeffery), Woodrow Nix, Jr. "Woody", Billy Nix (Angel), Sharon Bradford, Susan Greer (Herbert), Sherill Waits (Marvin), and Catherine Harris (Curtis); brother Earle Ray Nix of Little Rock, Arkansas, and sister Alicesteen Peevey of Diamond Bar, California; stepchildren Tuana Adams (Leroy) and Vanessa Dews; twenty-two grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Woodrow was preceded in death by his parents Tilmon Boyd and Versie Nix; siblings Harvey Lee Nix, Elwood Nix, Pearl Joyce Washington, Hardy Nix, Vernell Smith Lou Ann Cummins, and Tilmon Boyd Nix.
