Woodrow Daniel Hall, known to his loved ones as "Danny," passed away on April 19, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Born on October 26, 1962, at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, Danny's life was a testament to the joy of family and the bonds of friendship.
Throughout his life, Danny dedicated himself to his career as a water treatment plant estimator for over 25 years. However, his proudest accomplishment was being a dad. As a father to his beloved daughter Zoe Hall, Danny's unconditional love and unwavering support knew no bounds. Zoe will forever carry with her the lessons of kindness and humor that her father instilled.
In his free time, Danny was known for his vibrant personality - funny, charismatic, and kind-hearted. An avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Denver Broncos, he always brought enthusiasm to game days spent with friends and family. His love for Mexican food and the joy of watching sports at Las Palmas will be fondly remembered by those who shared these moments with him. Music also held a special place in Danny's heart; he enjoyed in playing his guitar around bonfires during family gatherings.
Danny is reunited in eternal peace with his father, Billy Ray Hall; sister, Pamela Clayton; and nephew, Matt York. He leaves behind a legacy of love that will be carried on by his surviving family: daughter, Zoe Hall; mother, Frances Hall; Zoe's mother, Lauren Hall; siblings, Becky McWhorter (Kevin), Trish High (Carl), Clif Hall, Dave Hall (Jessica), as well as numerous extended family members and friends who were touched by his warmth and generosity.
Services to honor and celebrate Danny's life will be held at Smith Sherwood Funeral Home (7700 Hwy 107). A visitation will take place on April 26th from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM followed by a celebration of life at 2:00 PM. These moments will provide an opportunity for all who knew Danny to come together, share stories of his impact, and find solace in each other's company. The family invites guests to wear their best Razorback attire!
As we remember Woodrow Daniel "Danny" Hall with deep affection and gratitude for the light he brought into our lives, may we carry forward his legacy of love and laughter in everything we do. Rest peacefully knowing you were truly loved and will be deeply missed.
