Winne Lee Evans Cotter, 93, of Little Rock died Monday, April 13, 2015. She was born Aug 22nd, 1921 in Hamilton Township, Arkansas to the late James and Lillie Herring Evans. Winnie was preceded in death by her brothers, Leroy and J.D. Evans; sister, Rose Marie Ullrich, and her precious great-grandson Jordan Chance Snow.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Andrew Anthony Cotter, her daughters, Susan Pinckard of Richmond, Virginia and Sharon Treece of Little Rock; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and sister, Lillie Hardcastle of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Winnie was known as a gentle, kind, and loving Mother, wife and friend. Her world was her family; her courage, strength, and her selflessness will never be forgotten. She was the heartbeat of our family.
A special thanks to Briarwood Nursing and Rehab for their kindness shown to our family and mother during her stay.

Funeral Mass will be said Friday, 1:00 p.m., April 17th, 2015 at St. Theresa's Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Thursday at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home with Rosary to follow at 6:00 p.m. Please visit www.smithfamilycares.com to sign the online guest register.
