Winifred Baskins Nowlin, 69, of Little Rock passed peacefully Wednesday, November 23, 2022. She is survived by her daughters, Anna Barnwell and Linda Capps of Little Rock; three siblings, Bruce Baskins of Little Rock, Doretta Downs of Little Rock and Barbara Mateus of Charlottesville, VA.
Graveside Service will be Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 1:00, Elmwood Cemetery, Morrilton, AR.
