Wilma Florence Wilson, age 76, of Glenwood, died Saturday, August 27, 2011. She was born on February 2, 1935 at Junction City, Ohio, the daughter of Nyle Harmon and Mabel Van Horn Harmon. On October 4, 1968 she was married to Richard William Wilson who preceded her in death on October 2, 2010. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Lawrence Harmon; and one sister, Wanda Henderley. Mrs. Wilson was a registered nurse. She worked as a civil service employee with the United States Army and was Director of Nursing at several health care institutions. She is survived by four daughters and two sons-in-laws, Danita and Joe Johnson of Glenwood, Josephine Wilson of Columbus, Ohio, Bonnie Ann and Dave Noble of Columbus, Ohio and Carmen Wilson of Toledo, Ohio; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Juanita Harmon of Lancaster, Ohio and Thelma Marston of Mesa, Arizona; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 31, 2011 in the Glenwood Cemetery with Bro. John McAnally officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. Pallbearers will be Matthew McAnally, Nick Davis, Richard Hudgins, Rodney Hudgins, Roger Hudgins, Grayson McAnally and Seaton Yeager. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
