Willis Warner Cheatham, 94, of Little Rock, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023. He was born in Lincoln, AR on May 17, 1928, to Wade and Etta Joyce Cheatham.
Willis was a minister of the gospel in Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, and Kansas for over 65 years. His purpose in life was to reach people for God wherever God took him. It was important to Willis that everyone he knew would know the saving power of God.
Awaiting him in Heaven is his wife, Helen Tester Cheatham. Willis is survived by his sons, Larry (Sheila) Cheatham of Tulsa, OK and Rodney (Therese) Cheatham of Little Rock; sisters, Louetta Hogins of Jonesboro, AR, Ila (Dwight) Foresee of Rowlett, TX, Patsy Cheatham of Mountain Home, AR; brother, Carl (Augustine) Cheatham of Montgomery, AL; grandchildren, Zachary Cheatham (Emily), Samantha Pruitt (Matt), Erin Fox (Shannon), and Hayley Ochs (Justin); and twelve great grandchildren.
Family will receive visitors on Saturday, February 25 from 10:00-11:00AM at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home. Memorial services will immediately follow.
