Willie Johnston
Willie Bess "Billie" Dickens Johnston, born on January 25, 1923 in Greenbrier to Molly Sims Dickens and James Walter Dickens, died December 26, 2014. She was a member of Park Hill Baptist Church since 1958.
Billie was preceded in death by her husband Calvin M. Johnston and daughter, Lisa Ann Johnston Cates. She is survived by two daughters, Donna Johnston Brooks and Cathy Johnston; three grandchildren, Bryan Scott Brooks, Whitney Elizabeth Brooks Williams, and Emily Michelle Cates List; five great-grandchildren, Madison Alford, Reece Williams, Channing Williams, Noah Brooks and Avery Brooks; and one sister, Betty Case of Conway. Special thanks to Dr. David Mego and Erin Barry of the Heart Hospital Clinic.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at the Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 N. Main St, with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be at Rest Hills Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Park Hill Baptist Church, 201 East "C" Ave., North Little Rock, AR 72116.
