William Rudy Osborne, 74, of Benton, Arkansas passed away November 3, 2016. He was born December 15, 1941 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late William and Eleanor Tiesinger Fisher.
William served in the United States Army and was a Hazardous Materials Trainer. He was an accomplished musician and was one of the best steel guitar players you have ever heard.
Preceding William in death are his wife of 39 years, Shelby Whiting Osborne; daughter, Joy Bowers; and step-son, Bill Hayes.
He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Elizabeth "Libby" Cooper and husband Carlie of Eagleville, Tennessee and Kelly Mihm and husband Steven of Rockvale, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, William Cooper and wife Kristin, Randall Cooper, Kearsten Caudill and husband Wes, Tyler Releford, Phillip Gerke, Billy Bowers and Molly Mihm; three great-grandchildren; step-daughters, Rhonda Abbott and husband Butch of Smyrna, Tennessee and Marsha Hanvy and husband Jeff of Lavergne, Tennessee; five step-great grandchildren; and many more family members and friends who loved William and will miss him always.
