William Howell
William F. Howell, 82, passed away October 1, 2015. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Howell and a sister, Barbara Gammell, he is survived by sisters, Norma Graves of Little Rock and Mary Howell of Scott, and many nieces, nephews and friends. He loved country music and was a Razorback and St. Louis Cardinal fan. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
