William Guess
William "Bill" Spencer Guess, Jr. passed away on March 28, 2015. Bill served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and retired Arkla Gas after 32 years.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years Lois Archer Guess; daughter Sharon Berry, son Gary Lee Guess (Dana); five grandchildren, Brittani Price (Michael), Chris Berry, Jenifer Reffner (Justin), Garrett Berry (Christina), Emily Bennett (Chad); seven great-grandchildren, Spencer Price, Aidan Price, Aaron Price, Chloe Reffner, Brock Reffner, Makenzie Bennett and Easton Bennett.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Spencer, Sr., and Johnnie Lewis Guess; sister Dona Burton; son William S. Guess, III and son-in-law, Gary Berry.
A special thank you to Doctors Byron Curtner, Thomas Conley and Jeffrey Neuhauser, the nurses of Springhill Baptist CCU and Baptist Hospice for the outstanding care given to Bill.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Faith Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 31, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. Online guest book at www.SmithFamilyCares.com
