"I just genuinely love to help people out with everyday stuff. Whether it's a big event or a church service for others, I love to volunteer because I feel like it's the right thing to do. I have no problem in showing up and helping others because I feel like it's my part in society to help the ones in need." Will Doerhoff, President, REACH Club
In loving memory of William "Will" Christian Doerhoff, who was called to the Heavens on October 14, 2016. Will was born to Shannon and William Scott Doerhoff on May 18, 1996 and their family was made complete with Will's brother, Nicholas Scott Doerhoff whom Will loved and respected so dearly.
Will was a family member to the Little Rock Catholic High School for Boys and graduated with the Class of 2014. Will was President of the REACH club where he led strong young men volunteering in society and helping those in need. Will attended the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville and became a Pledge and Member to the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity-Alpha Zeta Chapter and loved the challenge and rigorous rite of passage which united these young men, as brothers.
In 2015 Will joined the Palmetto family in Rayville, Louisiana where he was supported and loved by his fellow residents. Will loved Louisiana and decided to stay. He took a job at Starbucks in Monroe, Louisiana while waiting to return to college but quickly realized this family was not going to let him leave because they could not let go of his infectious smile.
While at Catholic High as President of the REACH Club, Will volunteered with the "Little Rock Downtown Rotary Club" and where he interacted with many leaders in business and government in Arkansas. Will had no more or less admiration for those individual as he did for his fellow residents at Palmetto and coworkers at Starbucks for their own determination and commitment.
On February 27, 2016 Will met his true love, Cameron May McDowell. On June 5, 2016 Will proclaimed his love for Cameron and their plans to soon begin their own life together. Will adored Cameron with all his heart and soul and their love will forever live on in Cameron's beautiful smile.
