William Brown

William Hugh Brown Jr., 87, of Cabot passed from this life on November 29, 2019. He was born January 11, 1932 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late William H. and Drucie M. Holland Brown. Mr. Brown proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He had a successful and accomplished golf career, including sixteen holes in one. Mr. Brown was a life time member of the PGA. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all who were privileged to know him.

Survivors include his loving wife, Clisty Brown; children, William H. Brown III (Judy Berrett) of Orlando, Florida, Terri (John) Kazek of Miramar Beach, Florida, James (Jeanie) Emerson of Perryville, Tommy (Terri) Emerson of Mabelvale, Mike (Pattie) Emerson of Cabot and Janice (Bill) Holden of Austin. Other survivors include twelve grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00p.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Little Rock Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, December 6, 2019 at the funeral home. Donations in William's memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 1818 N. Taylor St #186, Little Rock, AR 72207.
