William "Bill" Bryan Lynch, 74, of Mayflower, passed away January 12, 2016. Born in Marshall, Arkansas to Phillip and Veda Nelson Lynch, he was a U.S. Navy veteran. Mr. Lynch served with the Little Rock Police Department for 21 years, a year with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department, and 28 years with the State Alcohol and Beverage Control. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion, and was an avid outdoorsman.
Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sheila McCranie Lynch; sons, William Bryan Lynch, Jr. and David Austin Lynch and grandson, Jacob Trevor Lynch, all of Sherwood.
Services will be held on Saturday, January 16 at 1:00 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Visitation will precede the service beginning at 12:00 noon. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
