Wilburn F. Dycus
Wilburn F. Dycus of Mayflower passed away February 18, 2017 at his home at the age of 90. He was born February 6, 1927, in Mayflower, to Carl and Dottie Dycus. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, C.J. Dycus. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Dorothy Dycus; eight children, Edgar (Angie) Waddles, Tommy Dycus, Bobby (Pam) Dycus, Larry Dycus, Garry Dycus, Julie (Dennis) Johnson, Debra Johnston and Lisa Rushing; two brothers, Jimmy Dycus and Leroy Dycus; one sister, Ruth Dycus; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 21, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and funeral service Wednesday, February 22, at 10:00 a.m., both at Mayflower United Pentecostal Church, 24 Center Street, Mayflower. Pastor Larry Teas officiating.
