Wilbur Coleman

Wilbur Coleman Sr., 66, of North Little Rock, formerly of Holly Grove, AR, was called home by our Heavenly Father on Friday, March 4, 2016. A graduate of Arkansas AM&N College (UAPB), he also was a Vietnam Veteran and a retiree with the Arkansas Employment Security Division. His parents, Henry "Zeke" Coleman and Willie Estelle Coleman; two brothers, Henry Coleman and James Perry; two sisters, Blonzella Campbell, and Rebecca Fears; and one grandson, Brian Bell, preceded him in death. Survivors include his brothers, Jim Coleman Sr. of Pine Bluff and his twin, Willard Coleman of Holly Grove; two sisters, Lula Tyler of Holly Grove, and Betty Coleman of Little Rock; two sons, Wilbur Coleman Jr., of El Paso, and Henry Coleman of North Little Rock; four daughters, Willorie Coleman-Bell of Daytona Beach, Rosalind Coleman and Joanna Coleman-Williams, of Ormond Beach, FL, and Sheryl Coleman of North Little Rock; sixteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Willie B. Fears, Sr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be at the Friendly Chapel, 116 South Pine, North Little Rock, from 6-7:30 p.m., Friday, March 11, 2016. Funeral will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Kingdom Builders Ministries 400 North Pine, Holly Grove. Burial will follow at Hayes Cemetery in Holly Grove under the direction of Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home.
