Wesley Brown

Wesley Aaron Brown, 37, of Ward, Arkansas was called by the Lord on Monday, February 6, 2017.
Wes was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to Janice and Claude Brown of Beebe. Wes graduated from Beebe High School where he excelled in basketball, baseball, track, and football. Wes's love of sports carried into adulthood as a coach for his son's many little league sports teams. Wes loved children. He was a natural father, friend, coach, and teacher. He had a magnetic smile and larger-than-life personality. He will be greatly remembered and missed by his numerous friends and his family.
Wes was married to Amanda Brown (Jones) of Cabot, Arkansas on May 20, 2003. Their son, Ace Mathew Brown, was born August 28, 2006. Ace is the pride and joy of his father. Together the family enjoyed trail riding, camping, fishing, and sports of any kind, especially Steelers football.
He is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Janice Brown (Starkey), maternal grandmother Raymell Nottenkamper, and paternal grandparents Frank H. Brown and Mary Evelyn Brown.
Wes is survived by his loving family, including his wife, son, father, brother Jason and Autumn (Nanney) Brown, nieces and nephews Dashton, Finley, Catcher, Danila, Kason, and Mikayla, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Stoney Point Cemetery.
