Wayne Kinsey, 62, of Little Rock, passed away October 13, 2013. Preceded in death by his mother, Amelda Lee Bailey Kinsey, he is survived by his father, Jesse Lee Kinsey and wife, Connie of Hot Springs; step-daughter, Courtney Lehman and husband, Lany of Slidell, Louisiana; brother, Roger Kinsey of Evansville, Indiana; and special friend, Tommy Casstevens of Hensley.
Wayne loved horse racing. After school, he would go behind the track and peek through the fence to watch the races. He was a computer expert, going beyond being a computer "geek."
