Wayne Henderson, Sr.

Wayne Henderson, 69, of Beebe, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord December 24, 2018.  He was born in Dr. Porter Rogers Hospital in Searcy on April 24, 1949 to Lloyd and Pearl Davis Henderson.

He was a contractor for over forty years.  Wayne was a member of the Beebe First Baptist Church.  He was an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener.  His favorite pastime was playing with his grandchildren and great grandchildren and giving them candy then sending them home.

He was preceded in death by his father Lloyd Henderson, Sr., one son David Henderson, and one infant grandchild Adam Martin.

He is survived by his wife of twenty-one years Carol (Stanbery) Henderson of Beebe, his mother Pearl Henderson of Beebe; five children, Angela (Timmy) Martin, Michael Henderson, Wayne O. (Amanda) Henderson Jr., Douglas (Bridget) Henderson, all of Beebe, and Sean (Hallie) Henderson of Ward; two stepchildren Cheryl (Mike) Mathis of Beebe, Robert (Kimberly) Mills of Conway, and a multitude of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Beebe First Baptist Church.
