Wanda (Thomason) Wright, 65, of Dewitt, Arkansas passed away April 6, 2014. She was born on August 11, 1948 in Hot Springs, AR.
Wanda retired after teaching art for 18 years.
Wanda is survived by her husband, Phillip Eugene Wright of Dewitt, AR; mother, Edna Thomason of Houston, TX; one son, Shawn Sears of Alabama; two daughters, Michele Franklin of Hot Springs, AR and Kim Damon of Benton, AR; brother; Donald Thomason of Hot Springs, AR; sister, Mary Fulton of Houston, TX; three step-sons, Phillip Ray Wright and Tracy Lynn Wright of Cushing, OK and Timothy Paul Wright of Stillwater, OK; 2 step-daughters, Darlene Miller of Drumwright, OK and Marlene Wright of Rogers, AR; 22 grandchildren, plus many other family members and friends who loved Wanda and will miss her always.
Wanda was preceded in death by her father, Barney Thomason.
Funeral service officiated by Rev. Burrell Crabtree and Rev. James Richard will be Wednesday, April 9th, 3:00 p.m. with memorial reception following until 5:00 p.m. at Smith Family Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton, AR 72015.
