Wanda Lee Williams of McRae, Arkansas, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, August 14, 2022.  Wanda (Mom/Nanny) was born February 19, 1942 to Delta Mae Morris-McMullin in Coy, Arkansas.

She was a wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt.  Wanda always did her best to glorify God in all she did.  Whether it was serving in her home, church, working in the woods alongside her husband, or being a caretaker of multiple cemeteries and churches around White County, she was an example of Christ’s love for everyone – and it shown through her.  She loved her family and having her family close by always.  She was loved by so many and she loved everyone.

Wanda is survived by her son, Carl (Tina) Williams of McRae; four grandchildren, Sean Williams of Beebe, Ben (Becky) Williams of Beebe, Chas Williams of McRae, and Carly (Zach) Hayes of Garner; twelve great-grandchildren, Timothy, Evan, Peyton, Savannah, Caitlin, Haley, Tidence, Chloe Williams, and Link, Ezekiel, Azlynn, and Sage Hayes; her sister, Lois Stoddard; sister-in-law Anna Jean Williams; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Wanda was preceded in death by her mother, Delta McMullin; husband, Charles Williams; son, Frank Williams; grandson, Chris Williams; great-grandson Brian Yearta, Jr.; and her brother, Jerry Thompson.

Visitation is scheduled for August 19th, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church, McRae, with funeral services to begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment at Weir Cemetery.
