Wanda Lou Harrison, age 93, of Hot Springs, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020.
She was born on February 7, 1927, in Hot Springs, the daughter of Gilliam Lawrence Bright and Edna Fern Wynn Bright. She is preceded in death by her husband, Terral Franklin Harrison; her son, Terry Duane Harrison; her parents; her sister, LaQuieta Appleton and three infant siblings.
Wanda was a Christian and Baptist in her faith. She was a loving wife, mother grandmother and great-grandmother, who absolutely adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jana and Donald Wood; three grandchildren and their spouses, Tera and Ryan Kuhn, Tony and Norinda Harrison and Skylar Wood; seven great-grandchildren, Jack, Harrison, Ryder, Ethan, Kamryn, Kori and Eli; her daughter-in-law, Linda Barker all of Hot Springs; her special nephew and spouse, Marcus and Colleen Appleton of Oakhill, Texas; her beloved cannie friend “Louie” who she loved dearly; special friends, Don and Ruth Wood and family; extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Graveside services will be at 2:00PM on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, in the Grant’s Chapel Cemetery with John McCallum officiating.
Visitation will be 12:30PM-1:30PM, Wednesday, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs.
