Walton "Cotton" Howard Partee, Sr., age 94, of Daisy, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
He was born on August 7, 1929, in Stone County. He was the son of Thomas Partee and Susie Jane Partee. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife and mother to his six children, Gertie Mae Neal, his second wife, Lois Partee; his infant daughter, Wanda Jane Partee; his grandson, Thomas McLean; his two brothers, Ray Partee and Clifford Partee; his two sisters, Inez White and Winnie Petty; and his sister-in-law, Norma Partee.
Cotton attended Daisy Freewill Baptist Church. He was also a 32nd Degree Mason and was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He worked many years as a millwright. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his three sons, Donald Howard (Velda) Partee, Billy Von Partee, and Walton Howard Partee, Jr. (Shannon).; his three daughters, Donna Louise (Jack) Spears, Kathy Sue (Wayne) Logan, and Rita (Keith) Risner; his twelve grandchildren, Shannon Hale, Jerry Partee, Matt Partee, Jason Logan, Pamela Brasher, James Logan, Mike Partee, Chris Partee, Kym Risner, Beth Risner-Abshure, Trey Partee, and Bobby Partee; his seventeen great-grandchildren; his two great-great-grandchildren; his sister, Faye Teague; his special family friend, Teresa Boutwell; along with many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Mount Joy Baptist Church.
Interment will be held at Mount Joy Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brady Epperson, Jim O’Neal, Rodney Whisenhunt, James Jones, Justin Pinkerton, James Pinkerton.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Roger Bimbo Fleming and the members of the Buffalo Gap Masonic Lodge.
