Wallace Clyde Cotton 92, known as WC, passed away on January 13, 2025, in Searcy, Arkansas. He was born on September 18, 1932, in Sheridan, Arkansas. Wallace spent countless hours fishing, camping, and enjoying the great outdoors. His favorite place was the Little Red / Greers Ferry Dam, As a dedicated dump truck driver, Wallace took great pride in his work, contributing to the paving of many roads.

 He is survived by his loving partner of 21+ years, Lavern Thompson of McRae, as well as his son, Harold Cotton; daughters, Debra Kennedy and Laressa Eggert; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will cherish his memory. He will also be missed by his sister, Ester "Tootie" Walden. WC was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Rilzy Cotton, as well as three brothers, Burt, ML, and Pete Cotton, one sister, Hazel Bunt, son-in-law James Rettstatt, and grandson Cain Michael Oswald,

 Wallace left a legacy of love for family and the outdoors.

 Memorial Service will be held March 22 at 2:00 at Day Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Ward, Arkansas.
