W. Reeves

W. E. (Jr.) Reeves, of Beebe, Arkansas, was born February 26, 1926, to Willie E. and Dona Reeves, Sr. of Ward, Arkansas, who preceded him in death. He died June 27, 2011.

He was a sporting goods salesman for Bush-Caldwell and J.T. Lloyd. In later years, Mr. Reeves worked as a rural mail carrier and retired from the Ward Post Office.

Survivors include his wife of sixty-four years, Frances Reeves of Beebe; one son, Gary Reeves (Rita) of Austin; a grandson, Clay Reeves of Austin; a granddaughter, Casey Daily (Jason) of Bethesda, Maryland; two great-grandchildren, Hunter Daily and Parker Leigh Daily; one sister, Bettie Horness of Ward; and two nieces, Leisa Horness and Lori Lombardi (Pete), both of Ward.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday
at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 30, 2011, at First United Methodist Church, Cabot, with burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
