W. Jackson

W. Keith Jackson, 62, passed on Wednesday, October 2, 2013. He was born December 2, 1950 in Artesia, New Mexico. He was an associate pastor at The Church at Rock Creek, and served as the High School Principal at Arkansas Baptist High School from 2000-2003, and served as a Christian school administrator for 24 years. He grew up in Jal, New Mexico and graduated from Jal High School. He graduated from Southwestern Assembly of God University, and received his Masters at Pensacola Christian. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Dianne Jackson; a daughter, Juliet Stevens; Son-in-Law, William Stevens; and granddaughter, Mackynzie Mitchell; mother, Jerry Jackson of Jal, New Mexico; brother, Kenneth Jackson of Midlothian, Texas; sister, Bobbie Stearmer of Hobbs, New Mexico, and many friends and family who loved him dearly. Keith was preceded in death by his father, J.D. Jackson. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rock Creek Children's Home or The Celebrate Recovery Ministry at the Church at Rock Creek. Family will receive friends Friday, October 4th, from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the Church at Rock Creek, 11500 W 36th St, Little Rock, AR. Funeral service will be Saturday, October 5th, 11:00 A.M. at the Church at Rock Creek. Arrangements are by Smith Family Funeral Home, Benton Chapel. For information, call 501-778-7100.
