Virginia Myers

Virginia A. Myers, 84, of Little Rock, passed away December 5, 2011. She was born in Warren, Arkansas to Will and Jeanetta Anglen Owens and was of the Presbyterian faith.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Floyd McClerkin, Jr. and Nelson Myers and two brothers, she is survived by her daughters, Sandra Patrick and husband, Art, Pamela Dennis and Dana Shelton and husband, Rick, all of Little Rock; brother, Jack Wayne Owens of Monticello; six grandchildren, Chris Dennis (Jamie) and Traci Taylor (Jason), of Little Rock; Kevin Patrick (Shannon) of Mabelvale; Haley Shelton of Fayetteville; Natalie Shelton, and Hannah Shelton, of Little Rock; and five great-grandsons, Jackson Dennis, Fisher Taylor, Jarred Patrick, Frank Garrett and Justin Garrett.
The family wishes to offer a special thank you to Dr. Brad Baltz and the nurses on 7-East at St. Vincent Infirmary for the love and care of their mother.
Services will be held on Thursday, December 8 at 10:00 a.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), officiated by Rev. Larry Hughes, followed by interment at the Little Rock National Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
