Virginia Maude Hudson Flowers Kling age 88, of Arkadelphia died Monday, January 9, 2012 in Hot Springs. She was born August 16, 1923 in Dallas County Arkansas, the daughter of the late David Columbus and Lillie Mae Digby Hudson. She was a member of Oak Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Hot Springs and a retired employee of the Hot Springs Lakeside School District.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rholand Kling; one son, Wayne Flowers; and thirteen brothers and sisters.

Survivors include one son, Jimmy Flowers and wife, Sheri of Arkadelphia; one sister, Katie Gilbert of Texarkana; three grandchildren, Tim Flowers, James Flowers and Debra Weeks; six great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 11th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home with Bro. Albert Houpt officiating. Interment will be in DeRoche Cemetery near Bismarck. Visitation will 12:30 PM Wednesday until service time at the funeral home.
