Virginia L. Hall, 89, of Little Rock passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016. She was born in Wapello, Iowa on November 4, 1926 to Tom and Elsie (Huff) Rugh. She was a member of Christ of the Hills United Methodist Church in Hot Springs Village and also a member of the Order of The Eastern Star. Virginia lived and attended church faithfully at Presbyterian Village in Little Rock for the past nine years. Some of her favorite things were watching birds, displaying Dick's homegrown roses, playing bridge and entertaining in her home.
Survivors are her children, Noel K. Hall (Clarice) of Little Rock and Tamra "Anjee" (Hall) Uprichard of Massachusetts; grandchildren, Annette Anderson (David), Noel K. Hall II, Melissa Williams (Bill), Helene Uprichard (Triston), Earl Uprichard, Kalyan Uprichard, Sarah Uprichard, Molly Uprichard, Maria Uprichard and several great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Richard G. "Dick" Hall of 62 years and son, Earl Hall.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 27th at Little Rock Funeral Home.
