Virginia Inez Grant, passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 87. Born on April 16, 1937, in Scott, Arkansas, Virginia dedicated her life both to her career, her family, and serving Jehovah.

Ginny enjoyed a remarkable career, retiring from AT&T after 43 years of dedicated service, where she made lasting friendships and contributed significantly to her field. Beyond her professional accomplishments, her most profound pride came from her close-knit family. She was a devoted sister to Patricia Loyd and a loving aunt to many, including her nephew, Michael Loyd (Susan Richards); her sister-in-law, Ruth Ann Grant; her niece, Kim Hale, as well as her great-nieces and great-nephew: Nicole, Paige, Joshua, and Katherine. Among her treasured family are, and a multitude of nieces and nephews: Becky (Bill), Patti (Glenn), Donald (Anne), Doug (Charlotte), David (Carrie), Nancy (Clayton), Tommy (Kiemtuyet), Katherine (Ronnie), and Cynthia. Ginny cherished her connections with her family, which extended to a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.

Ginny’s passions extended beyond her family; she was an accomplished pianist and enjoyed traveling throughout her life. As a faithful member of The Kingdom Hall in Southwest Little Rock, Arkansas, Virginia was a devoted Jehovah's Witness for over 50 years, supporting her faith with unwavering commitment.

Ginny is preceded in death by her parents, Jeff Davis Grant and Nellie Jane Watson Grant, and her siblings: Carolyn McKnight, Betty Lou Brown Allen, and Tollie Ingle, Charles Grant; uncle, Marvin Grant; niece, Karen McKnight.

As we remember Ginny, we reflect on her incredible life filled with hard work, musical talent, fidelity to her faith, and above all, her love for her family. Her legacy will undoubtedly continue through the countless lives she influenced and the values she instilled in those she loved. She will be deeply missed by all who have had the privilege of knowing her.
