Virginia M. Blain died Friday November 13, 2015 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born on March 5, 1929 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to the late Narcisso and Juanita Arroyo. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Francis Blain, son, Michael Blain, brothers, Roberto, Miguel, Junior, William and Marcos Arroyo.
She is survived by her sisters, Julita Mercado (Alejandro), Gloria Harris and Lillian Nebo. She is also loved by many nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church.
