Viola Emma Mavis, 96, passed away October 28, 2015. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to William and Hulda Newbauer Grunau.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Henry Mavis, three sisters, one brother and grandson, Scot Worthington, she is survived by her daughter, Karen Dailey and husband, Dale of Maumelle; sister, Dorothy Walker of Milwaukee; grandson, Brent Worthington and wife, Sunny of Little Rock; granddaughter-in-law, Lisa Worthington; and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Monday, November 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander. Memorials may be made to the ALS Foundation, 1200 W. Walnut, Ste. 2309, Rogers, AR 72756.
