Veva Brant

Veva Hicks Brant of North Little Rock, died Wednesday, August 20, 2014. She was born on December 12, 1921 in Appleton, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hersell Brant and Sarah Etta Brant; two brothers, Malcom Brant and H.C. Brant and her sister, Maxine Egan. She is survived by one sister, Sally J. Taylor.
She worked at Kroger's Grocery Store for 22 years and graduated from North Little Rock High School. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday at Edgewood Memorial Park officiated by Rev. Paul Holderfield, Jr., Pastor of Friendly Chapel Nazarene Church.
