Vernon Carter Jr, 80, passed away June 22nd in Cabot, Arkansas. He served in the United States Navy until 1972 and then went on to serve 30 years with Union Pacific Railroad as a Machinist.
Graveside services will be held June 30th at 12:00 at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas where he will be laid to rest beside his wife Monie Carter.
