Vera Keeton
Vera Pearl Wood Keeton age 91 of Bismarck died Wednesday, April 8, 2009. She was born August 30, 1917 in Bismarck the daughter of Freeman and Mattie Treadway Wood. She was a member of the DeRoche Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Ezra Keeton.
Survivors include one daughter, Oneida Carter and husband Pete of Bismarck, three sons, Hancel Keeton and wife Katie of North Little Rock, Billy Keeton and wife Pat and Wayne Keeton and wife Ann all of Bismarck, one sister, Louise McAtee of Malvern, 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 A.M. Saturday in the DeRoche Missionary Baptist Church with Brother Chris Morrison officiating. Burial will be in the DeRoche Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 P.M. Friday at the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
Memorials may be made to the DeRoche Cemetery Fund.
