Vera Ball

Vera "Grace" Ball, 77, of Sherwood passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016. She was born March 9, 1938 in Kosciusko, Mississippi to Edward Irving and Lottie K. Gilbert Smith. She retired from Southwestern Bell and Department of Information Services for the state of Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Amy Catherine Thompson and a stepdaughter. She is survived by her husband of thirty one years, James "Jim" Everette Ball and three step-daughters.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 4 in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 3 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
