Venus Tozer, 71, of Garner, Arkansas, was born March 3, 1938, at Vinity, Arkansas, to Fred W. and Verna (Bell) Smith, and she died Sunday, January 10, 2010. She was a member of Beebe First Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Larry and Cecil. Venus is survived by her husband of fifty-three years, Lester Tozer; her children, Kenneth Tozer and wife Lisa of Beebe; Vanessa Webb and husband William of Ward; Tammie Goff of McRae; Leslie Tozer and wife Tonya of Garner; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Cheek Cemetery.
