V. Louise Bruce

V. Louise Bruce, age 72 of Austin, went to be with the Lord June 11, 2023.  She was born on August 21,1950 in Judsonia to Wilburn and Anna Ferguson.

She attended New Horizon Baptist Church and was a retired hairstylist.  Louise was an avid crafter doing many things with her primary passion being anything quilting related.

Louise is survived by two sisters; Tressa Hendrix and Juanita Pope both of Judsonia; one nephew who she considered a son, Randall “Randy” Hendrix of Cabot; as well as many other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David Bruce; and one sister, Donna Spells.

Visitation is Thursday, June 15^th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Smith Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W Dewitt Henry Drive, Beebe, Arkansas 72012.  Interment will be a private ceremony at Antioch Cemetery.
