Tyler Walburn

Tyler "Ty" Douglas Walburn, age 21, of Beebe, Arkansas passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018. He was born on December 18, 1996 to Doug and Tammy (Archer) Walburn, Jr.

Tyler was an incredible young man. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially when it involved time spent fishing and hunting. Ty played football for the Beebe Badgers and loved his team mates. He was very smart and enjoyed reading and researching, so he could talk "stats" with you. His favorite two teams were the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Los Angeles Lakers. Given half a chance; he would bring you up to speed on both. Ty was a Christian and grew up attending Floyd Assembly of God Church. He loved everyone and everyone loved him. Ty seemed to have found his calling when he began working at Zaffino's Italian Restaurant, in Sherwood, as their Assistant Chef. He thoroughly loved cooking.

He is survived by his devoted parents, Doug and Tammy Walburn; Grandparents, Lindle and Betty Archer and Doug and Diannah Walburn, Sr.; Uncle Jordan (Bethany) Walburn and their children Riley, Cade and Brody; Aunts Crystal (Jason) Walburn Jones and their children Wade, Chloe and Gracie and Cindy (Jamie) Archer Powell and their children Madison and Brandon; Ty's lovable cat, Pearl, and his loyal dogs, Harley, Rucker, and Grayson.

Memorials may be made to the Ty Walburn Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 1055, Beebe, Arkansas 72012 for research into brain related injuries.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at the New Floyd Cemetery in Floyd, Arkansas. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. www.SmithFamilyCares.com
