Tyler James Cook went to be with the Lord October 5, 2011. He is survived by his parents, Danny and Beth Cook; sister Clarissa Cook; his cousins Zoey and Cloey Cook; and his grandparents Everett and Gail Glover and Danny and Alice Cook.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
