Tricia Leigh Sevier McCool, 43, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas passed away on March 23, 2022. She was born April 27, 1978, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Karen L. Robelot Sevier and William E. Sevier, Jr. She was a graduate of North Little Rock High School, class of 1996. She attended the University of Arkansas Medical Science Campus and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. While at UAMS, she began her clinical internship with CHI St. Vincent Infirmary and was hired December 17, 2012, as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) in Microbiology. In April 2021 she was promoted to MLS Lead, Microbiology.
Tricia was very involved with her Christian youth group when she was younger and made mission trips to Mexico, Utah, and Paris, France. She loved anything Disney and all things scary such as movies, podcasts, and wanted to make a trip to New Orleans to participate in the graveyard tours. Tricia loved her family dearly and was an amazing aunt. She had an infectious giggle, and she was very sweet, kind, and gentle; there was no one more sincere or intentional than Tricia. She was extremely thoughtful and selfless.
Jeremy and Tricia were a perfect match, he was her soulmate. They met around 2014 and were together from that point forward. Jeremy asked his future mother-in-law for permission to marry her, and she said, “absolutely.” Their shared love for all things scary was the reason behind their wedding date. They married on October 31, 2015. Tricia and Jeremy’s wedding not only united the two in marriage, but it united both sides of the family as one.
She is survived by her parents, Karen L. Robelot Sevier and William E. Sevier, Jr.; siblings Lori Ann Smith (Steve) and children: Aurora, Sarah, Spencer, Derek, and Kayla; Lisa Kay Peters and children: Abby and Katelynn; Trey Sevier (Anne Marie) and children: Conner, Tanner and Beau; grandmother Gladys Louise Robelot; aunt Kathy Martin (Ellis) and children: Kerry Rodriguez; uncle Robby Robelot (Lisa) and children: Rachel and Adam; mother-in-law Vicki McCool; father-in-law Mark McCool; and brother-in-law Jayson McCool.
Tricia is preceded in death by her husband of 6 years, Jeremy McCool; grandfather, Ralph R. Robelot; and cousin, Kim Martin Downs (Kenny).
