Tracy Lynn Evans

Tracy Lynn Evans, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on November 25, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love that will forever resonate in the hearts of those she touched. Born on September 12, 1964, in North Little Rock, Tracy remained a cherished member of her community throughout her life.

Tracy is survived by her beloved husband, Stephen Evans; children, Matthew Stanley, Heather Bir (Kenny), and Blake Evans; grandchildren, Riley Bir, Harper Evans, Bailey Bir, and Brody Bir; as well as her siblings, Renee Mann and Sandra Green, who carry forward her spirit of kindness. Tracy was preceded in death by her parents, Ross and Jackie Stanley, who instilled in her the values she cherished and shared with everyone around her.

For 32 years, Tracy dedicated herself to her career as a Paralegal at Gary Holt Law Firm, where her kindness and unwavering support made her a valued colleague and friend. She approached each day with a warm, welcoming spirit, embodying the very essence of generosity that so many admired. Tracy never met a stranger; her genuine nature made everyone feel at ease, drawing people into her circle with effortless charm.

Outside of work, Tracy’s greatest pride and joy were her children and grandchildren. She spent countless hours cheering passionately for her children as they pursued their various sports. From baseball to softball, football to cheerleading and hockey to soccer and basketball, Tracy was their loudest advocate on the sidelines, celebrating every achievement and comforting them through challenges. Her grandchildren brought immense joy and laughter into her life. Tracy’s love for them was boundless, as she delighted in being an active part of their lives, fostering cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

Tracy’s passion extended to her love for Christmas, which she regarded as a magical time to create lasting memories with her family. Whether it was decorating the house, baking festive treats, or simply enjoying each other’s company, she made every moment special. Her dogs, DJ and Kaydee, were also her faithful companions, bringing her comfort and joy in her daily life. In her early years of marriage, Tracy and her husband, Stephen Evans, enjoyed bowling together, creating a foundation built on love and shared interests. Their bond flourished over the course of 38 devoted years, rooted in mutual respect and a deep understanding of one another.

A visitation will be held at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home (1921 Main Street) on December 2, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service honoring her life beginning at 12:00 PM.
