Tracy Dewayne Baker, 55, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, February 20, 2021. He is resting in peace now and no longer in pain. He had been battling with serious health issues for eight years. Tracy was of the Baptist faith.
He graduated from Bryant High School in 1984. Tracy worked several years as a paramedic and completed his working career as a deputy for the Phoenix, Arizona Sheriff’s office. He and his family moved back to Arkansas in 2010.
Tracy was preceded in death by all his grandparents; and a cousin, Jeffrey Geurin.
He leaves behind his wife of thirty-two years, Christy (Hodge) Baker; sons: Justin (Cassie) Baker of Bismarck, and Joey (Samantha) Baker of Benton; grandson, Asher Baker of Benton; parents, Joe and Marilyn Baker of Benton; brother, Brian (Carol) Baker of Benton; in-laws, Doug and Jenny Hodge of Arizona; aunt and uncle, Loyd and Glenda Geurin of Benton; many nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Candy (Don) of Phoenix, Arizona; favorite fur baby, Rosie; his very special front porch friend, Dave Feimster; and many family members and friends who love Tracy and will miss him dearly.
A graveside service will be held at Smith-Rosemont Cemetery at 11:00 AM, March 20, 2021.
