Torshia Ann Young went to her heavenly home Friday, August 1, 2014. She was born October 23, 1943 in Poteau, Oklahoma. Preceding her in death were her parents, Everett and Gracie Landers; husbands, H.S. Hopper and Ronald Young; and infant son, Paul. She is survived by her son, Everett Hopper (Jennifer); sister, Gayle Fischer (Tony); brother, Everett "Joe" Landers (Mila); grandchildren, Lisa Teters (Buddy), Brandy McIntire (Seth), and Carson Hopper; three great-grandchildren, Andrew, Noah and Chloe; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 3 from 4-6 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Graveside services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Autism Speaks, Attn. Web Gift, 1060 State Rd., 2nd Floor, Princeton, NJ 08540.
