Torie Michelle Garrett Moore

Torie Michelle Garrett Moore, age 33 of Point Cedar, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020.

Torie was a 2005 graduate of Centerpoint High School and member of the Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Langley. Her world centered around her beautiful daughter, McKenzie and Torie was known as one who was always there for family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, McKenzie Caldwell of Point Cedar; her mother, Melissa Horn of Bismarck; her father, Mitchell Garrett of Point Cedar; her sister and brother-in-law, Kristen and Dylan Fatherree of Bismarck; her niece, Preslee Fatherree; her nephew, Lucas Garrett; her maternal grandparents, Shelby and Diane Sheets of Point Cedar; her paternal grandmother, Clara Garrett of Green Forest; her very special family, Chad, Beth, Blake and Josh Ausley, all of Bismarck; her aunts and uncles, Kay and Chad Stewart of Amity, Barry and Amy Bailey of Umpire, Wendy and Chris Hand of Hot Springs, Tonya Kimbroush of Green Forest, Dewayne Garrett of South Carolina and Butch Garrett of Camden; three cousins, Luke Stewart and Bo Stewart, both of Amity, and Dakota Bailey of Umpire; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Mackey Garrett.

Services will be 3:00 PM, Thursday, October 29, 2020, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood, with Bro. Scott Brown and Bro. Scott Feemster officiating.

Visitation will be Wednesday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home.

Social distancing directives will be in place with no more than 100 persons at any one time in the funeral home chapel, avoidance of physical contact and all attendees 10 years of age or older must be wearing a face covering at all times when inside the funeral home.
