Tony Diemer Jr., age 67 of Benton, passed away September 26, 2014 in Little Rock. He was born on July 19, 1947 in Little Rock. He was the son of Toney Diemer and Dorothy Baker-Diemer.
Tony was a Chef for Capitol Hotel for three years. He was a graduate from Little Rock Central High. He worked for the Rock Island and Mo-Pac Railroad. He was a Vietnam Veteran. He enjoyed playing cards, the St. Louis Cardinals, the Arkansas Razorbacks and reading.
He is survived by son, Chris Diemer and wife Vicky, daughter Michelle Diemer-Labor, mother; Dorothy Diemer, sisters; Barbara Moring (Diemer) and husband Jim Moring, Patti Smith (Diemer) and husband Eli Smith, three nephews Ben and Brad Smith and Shane Montgomery and his faithful companion Abby.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on September 30th at Arkansas State Veterans' Cemetery in North Little Rock, AR. With Entombment to follow.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 1, from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. at Huson Funeral Home Chapel, 6400 Mabelvale Pike, Little Rock, AR.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans'.
