Toni Fowler

Toni Fowler, 78, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away June 2, 2023. She was born October 18, 1944 in North Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Robert L. Pack and Opal (Teakel) Barker.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 38 years, Glyn Fowler; and siblings, Vivian McPeak, Ronald Lee Pack, Donald G. Pack, and Shirley Ann Oliger; an infant daughter; and grandson, Cody Allen Baggett; as well as the father of her children, Hays Baggett; and one son-in-law, Bob Richmond.

Toni is survived by her children, Becky Richmond, Mike Baggett (Tina), and Christopher Baggett; grandchildren, Randall Richmond, Bobby Richmond, and Eric Baggett; seven great grandchildren; sister, Sally Capps; and a host of family and friends.

Toni owned Toni’s Beauty Shop in Little Rock and worked as a hairdresser for over 50 years. She loved to play Scrabble and dance. Toni was baptized in 2021 at Friendly Chapel Nazarene Church. She loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. 

Visitation with be from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home (1921 Main Street) with a funeral service following at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Grissard Cemetery in El Paso. Please visit www.smithfamilycares.com for the online obituary and guestbook.
